Dippi Biccies were exclusively developed from a traditional South African recipe for breakfast rusks. They date from the time when travellers trekked cross-country and needed foods that would keep well and provide them with nourishment. The biscuits are double baked , giving a hard, chunky biccie which you dunk in your tea or coffee to soften, then bite off. Yummy!
